Hello everyone,
I've come up with a problem in my new install that I can't figure out on my own.
In several titles my mouse cursor is not displayed correctly. To me it looks like the texture is not loaded and I only get a grey outline instead of the regular cursor. I'm still testing but so far games that are affected include Blood Bowl: Chaos Edition, Darksiders, Space Hulk and Orcs Must Die. I just tested it with Deadpool but there the cursor is displayed correctly. All games are Steam versions
I previously had no similar issues on my system but I switched from Ubuntu 13.04 to Linux Mint 16. PlayOnLinux version is 4.2.2. I've tried the out of the Box Steam install (under which i had the games running previously as well) as well as this installation guide http://www.gamersonlinux.com/forum/threads/steam-source-games-guide.142/ with wine versions 1.5.18, 1.5.25 and 1.6.2 without any change in the problem. Graphics Card is a Nvidia GTX 680 I'm using the proprietary driver version 319.32.
I'm not sure if there are any other relevant infos I should include. Has anyone experience with this kind of error?

No I havn't seen that bug before. Does the mouse still work properly? Very strange. Are you using 64-bit Mint 16? If yes, then you may want to install ia32-libs. Maybe there is a 32-bit library missing that has something to do with images. Just a guess...

Ha, you were right, ia32-libs fixed the problems, did not even think about that one because it's usually one of the first things I install. Thank you very much.

Not a problem. I normally run a 32-bit Linux anyways, but I've heard those libraries can fix a lot of problems. Don't forget to mark this thread as "solved"
