Hi, i've succesfully installed and played Quake Live on Ubuntu, and Open Suse with Wine 1.6, but on Fedora 20 with Gnome 3.10 desktop, the game gets stucked on "Waiting for authentication", i've read here javascript:nicTemp(); that Without lib32-gnutls you get "Waiting for authentication" when connecting to a remote game and it never connects.

So i've installed gnutls.i686 and gnutls.x86_64, but the problem persists. maybe I'ts something wrong with the package provided by Fedora? or i'm missing something?, thanks for advance for your help.

Here the debug output

Man, I've had problems with Fedora as well. I only run dedicated game servers, but those 32-bit libraries can cause problems when you don't have them.
Those "winsock" errors usually aren't a problem.
Look through the debug for "err: bla bla"
Those are the ones that are usually the problem, but not always.

Unfortunately Fedora doesn't have a 32-bit library package to install all the libraries at once.
Instead you have to install them when necessary.
Basically when the game errors that it has a missing dependency, you go to "Yum" and install it.
For example: sudo yum install glibc.i686 libgcc.i686 libstdc++.i686 glibc-devel.i686
