How do I get install Microsoft Speech SDK or something like it

Ryu945	I am trying to get Rosetta Stone 3.45 to work on Playonlinux but a program to fill the function Microsoft Speech  SDK needs to be installed.  What can I use?  I am running Mint 16. Edité par Ryu945
