I've been trying to get a modded version of Binding of Isaac to run, but when i attempt to run it i get an error message that reads: Error in Main - Binding of Isaac Spidermod has crashed. Here is the output i get when i try to debug it:

wine: Bad EXE format for C:\Program Files\Common Files\Binding of Isaac WOTL SpiderMod.exe.

I have no idea what this means. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
