MS Office 2010 activation

32-bit activation via phone fails (mac activation ID)

When i try to activate MS Office 2010 32 bit via phone i enter all the digits shown on the activation dialog.

After that the voice on the phone asks if I want to activate MS Office for MAC. If I say yes then it says that the activation ID is not valid :(

Any suggestions?

FYI
This is a Home and Business licenze and I am the only one using it.
But since I already installed it once i can not activate it via Internet (even though I am allowed to have it twice on PC and laptop)

Not sure it matters, but what you're installing is not Microsoft Office for Mac
