Unfortunately PlayOnLInux doesn't provide wine-1.5.5-ubisoft-patch but there is a Wine 1.5.3-ubisoft2 and a Wine 1.5.3-ubisoft2Z_gcrypt available.

Since Anno 2070 requires the Ubisoft client (uplay), you might have some problems just getting it installed and downloaded.

I have gotten it to work with Assassin's Creed II
Here is my step-by-step guide:  Assassins Creed II
not sure if it will help but you never know.

Notice I was using Wine 1.7.1 and Windows version is Windows XP
I had to install these libraries in order to get Uplay and AC2 to run:
  • POL_Install_corefonts
  • POL_Install_dxfullsetup
  • POL_Install_gdiplus
  • POL_Install_msxml3
  • POL_Install_msls31
  • POL_Install_tahoma
  • POL_Install_vcrun2008
  • POL_Install_vcrun2010
Notice about half-way down Uplay was crashing at "Getting Proxy"
The guide walks you through installing an old version of Crypt32.  These steps are critical for Uplay to launch so you can sign in.

Awesome! Please post your results. Good to know Origin is working now.
Uplay runs much better as well.
Good times for Wine
