It's true that the biggest lie on the web is "I read the terms of use"...
If you dont like it, you should have read the rules, and it wouldnt have been a surprise. You dont HAVE to post here. This is standard on MANY websites (try it on stackoverflow. they will ban you. )
A disregard for forum rules and procedure is not anyones fault but those that didnt adhere to the rules. We are a community-driven project, and things like that simply arent tolerated.
"Joking is childish, I know, but to seriously close my topic because I don´t respect the rules? "
So, you admit that you totally disregarded the forum rules and general forum etiquette, but are mad because your thread was locked? The rules are there for a reason.
"And for Christ´ sake, exclamation points are rude and interpreted as yelling?"
Yes. It is. There is no reason to use exclamation points.
"they shouldn´t go to the PoL forums for help because the admin´s are a bunch of old farts scared to make jokes about Microsoft. "
Dude, Im 28 years old. Your attitude is totally unwarranted. And the guy that locked your thread is like, 20. He is also the one who started the project.
LOCKING: I can already see that this will turn into. If you would like to continue to post here like others have done for a LONG time (without getting their threads locked), simply read the rules, and adhere to them. If you have any problems, feel free to post correctly and without being a smartass, and we will be MORE than happy to help you in any way we can to support the software.
