i dont have a d2 lod disk, im trying to use the bnet download i already have on my system. this was allowed for the classic version and yet not in the expansion. can i enable this? or should i download a copy of the cd then input my legit cd-key? im not trying to touch piracy issues here...just not sure of another way off-hand. 

another question i have is if svens glide wrapper will work through PoL? i know the 3dfxglide setting runs a lot smoother and even looks better than direct draw and direct3d

just read about a forum rule on not asking about illegal things, i would like to point out that i am here saking about how to avoid that, although im not sure if downloading an iso file and using a legit cd-key is considered illegal since i do own the game.just not the disk! a bnet rep once told me it was ok to download and burn isos to have copies as long as im using legitimate keys...so i assume this is not technically illegal

got it working by installing as unlisted application.

Well, its kind of legal, but obtaining an ISO from anywhere is illegal, unless the game was distributed as that. Also, we do not support ISO installations, but as long as you got it running, that is good.
