We dont port games. PlayOnLinux(Mac) is a front-end for wine that uses scripts to install applications. Someone actually just asked about this, though I dont remember the title.

First, it needs a manual install to see what errors it throws when it tries to install. This whole thing is community driven, and writing scripts is really easy.

Im interested in this, as well, so I may try it over the weekend (been an MW player since MW1. haha) and see what I can do. Feel free to try a manual install and follow the directions for getting your debug output and post it. Ill post up if I can get it running.
