I installed steam today, and was running Dota 2. I found that whilst it was playable, there were some major issues with the mouse, it kept flickering between the position it should be, and somewhere random. Also I couldn't work out how to get the dota window into fullscreen. Any help would be appreciated

Just in case anyone had similar issues, I managed to sort it by going into configure, configure wine, graphics and enable virtual desktop. It turned out the jittery mouse was not just in dota, but in steam as well. This fixed it for both. Hope this is useful for anyone out there with a similar problem.
