Problem with shader model 3

e1000_3000	Hello I'm trying to play skyrim. But when I launch it from playonlinux, it tells me that my graphic card does not support shader model 3. My graphic card is an INTEL HD GRAPHICS 3000 and from what i've seen shader model 3 should work on it... How can I handle it?
