Hello!

I have a 64bit machine, running Xbuntu.  I am trying to install playonlinux using the terminal prompt instructions listed on the site.  My ultimate goal is to play a windows-based game on my machine, and I've done it in the past, but am stuck hopelessly now.  :( 

git clone https://github.com/playonlinux/pol-pom-4

I have set up an account on github.com, and am able to log in to my account using the prompts which follow.  But then I get the following message:

fatal: https://github.com/playonlinux/pol-pom-4/info/refs not found: did you run git update-server-info on the server?

I am completely non-technical.  So this is like Greek to me.  How do I go about running the git update server info on the server? 

This could all be elemental to those of you who are writers of code, and I have the utmost respect for your skills.  But I'm lost, and I have no idea where to turn at this point.

Could someone please help me?
