How would I enable anti-alias for PoL 4.1.6

Certain interface elements (e.g. Office 2010) and certain screen fronts (e.g. Times New Roman) are very jaggy for my tastes. I'm running other apps under native Wine (w/o PoL) and CrossOver Office where the display is softer.

It appears that there are some scripts to do this? Do I just need to run one of these, and which is recommended?
