Create new wineprefix on ntfs partition?

Levan	I believe you guessed. i am dual booting my pc but my Linux partition is not big so i can not install games that require a lot of space on Linux partition  Is there a way to Create  a new winprafix on playonlinux on NTFS partition ???  thank you in advanced  sorry for my bad English
