My internet connection is currently (for the last week or so) having real trouble downloading large files (anything over a few megs). For most files I can just resume downloading but I don't see any way to do this with the application-specific files - specifically "Wine-1.5.1-old_republic" (decided to take a gander since it's free at low level) - BTW is that actually the name of a file?

Is there any way to either download this file(s?) externally, or to resume downloading once it stops (with my connection there's near 0% chance it'll manage to d/l 38megs in one hit).
