Error: Unable to find the CD-ROM while installing

Installing Office 2010 on Kubuntu 12.04 LTS

GhostElite	I am trying to install Office 2010 on Kubuntu 12.04 LTS using PlayOn 4.1.3 and wine 1.5. During the installation process, when asked for location of mounted cd, I receive the following error message: Error: Unable to find the CD-ROM I have verified that the DVD is mounted and it shows up in the list of mounted items, but the installation still will not complete due to this error message. I am new to Ubuntu/Linux and have gone through trying to determine the issue and have not found a resolution at this point. Can someone please help me?
