Far CRY 2, no sound

realta_taisteal	Hello. I installed Far Cry 2 on suse with generic 4.0.18 It will crash with default wine(1.3.34). So, I changed it to "system" and it works. Now, there is no sound. Can anyone help? An I guess POL tries to use it and fails. Maybe it would be easier to give the output of the non-working 1.3.34 to fix that.

Quentin PÂRIS	Check in winecfg (Configure menu) if mmdevapi.dll is set to disabled. If it's the case, it's normal that the sound does not work with recent wine. Just remove mmdevapi.dll from the list and it should work

realta_taisteal	I installed wine 1.5.3 and set far cry 2 to use it. >Check in winecfg (Configure menu) if mmdevapi.dll is set to disabled. Yes I deleted that from the list. Looks like the install script needs to be updated. Thanks.
