Hello all, this is my first time trying to work with playonlinux. I must say that I like what I have seen so far. I started messing with wine a few days ago trying to get this game working with mixed results.
Ok to the title of the post, I tried to run the script for Runes of Magic under the test section and the script freezes at the same spot each time I run it, when the script tries to install wininet.
System Specs:
Ubuntu 11.10
PlayOnLinux 4.0.12
Unity
I had the game running at one point through wine, but I messed with it trying to fix a mouse problem and it has not run sense. I tried PlayOnLinux to see if that would work but the script won't run, so I tried to set it up manually but it gave me the same problem. I'll probably have to wipe the hard drive reinstall Ubuntu and start over, but I thought I would post to help in the bug hunt.

Update -
I just finished a wipe and a fresh install of Ubuntu 11.04, updated to 11.10, installed PlayOnLinux 4.0.12 and ran the same script only so that it could freeze at the same spot again. So this issue is not corrupted files on my system and needs to be looked at.
I am now in the process of manual set-up and we'll see how that goes. More to come

I have the same problem. I use Ubuntu 11.10 I have the PLayonlinux 4.0.12 and when I use the script given by playonlinux the instalation goes through to a point where it is trying to get the runes of magic updates and the window freeezes. Have you been able to get this to work and if so could you help me? Thanks
