Hi all
Really like PoL so far.
I am trying to install MS Office 2007/2010
Every time I start the install PoL starts downloading a new version of wine.
e.g. "Downloading Wine: 1.2.3"
But I already have wine installed!?
$wine --version
wine-1.3.30
1. How do I avoid PoL from installing a new version of wine?
2. I get an error message anyway saying "The installation seems to have failed".
Also, I aborted trying to install Office 2010 because
a.) Office 2010 was not in the list of office applications (but 2007 was)
b.) my wine is configured for Windows XP and I think 2010 needs Windows 7.
Using
PlayOnLinux 4.0.12 on
Ubuntu 10.10 (Maverick Meerkat)
Any assistance would be appreciated :)
