I'm running Ubuntu 11.04 and I've downloaded PlayOnLinux from the repositories.
I've been trying to play Counter Strike Source. Aside from the very pixelated main menu background and hard to read font in the server browser things seem to go well but when I get on to a server I'll see the welcome screen, hear some explosions and/or gun fire, and immediately after I join my computer goes straight to the desktop. The only debugging I could think of doing was running PlayOnLinux from the terminal and this is what came out. After my computer returned to the desktop my computer wasn't very responsive so I used the kill command to stop Counter Strike.
