after installing Assassin's creed Brotherhood i launched the game but all i get is a white screen, is there some fix available for this?

Since you did not give any hardware infos nobody can help you.

Just one advice : If you're using ATI/AMD or Intel graphic card, forget it, AMD provide the crappiest GNU/Linux driver possible for their hardware and Intel cards are not suited for heavy gaming.

The only real effective way to play games under GNU/Linux is using Nvidia cards for now...and it will probably be true for some years again.

i'm sorry i'm pretty new to this forum and linux also.

the specs are:

Intel I3 330M core
4gb DDR3
ATI HD5470 512MB RAM
Ubuntu 11.04 64-bit
Used the configuration that was in PlayOnLinux for ACB.

so indeed it is ati hardware.. and because it's a laptop, there's nothing i can do 'bout it.

however, thank you for your quick answer.
