Unable to run KOTOR-conflict with disc emulation software

rockforthecross	I installed KOTOR with PlayOnLinux but when I tried to run it, it displayed a message saying "Conflict with Disc Emulation Software Detected" so I tried uninstalling the disc emulation software to no avail. What do I need to do to troubleshoot this?
