When downloading Runes of Magic the Downloader freezes.

While downloading runes of magic via play on linux, the screen turns dark and appears to be doing nothing for a vary long period of time. Could anyone tell me if it starts up again? or if something is wrong with downloading it? perhaps it's only temporary or that it is still working but only appears to be not.
