Because author of the script had Hitman 3 on one DVD.
to solve the problem:
Please try to install once more time, but do fire up playonlinux from terminal and after choosing both cds please copy content of terminal and sent it here on forum.

The problem is : when game ask next cd the cd-driver is lock by PlayOnLinux and the only solution is cancell installation process.
