He intentado ejecutar GGPO, un sistema de juegos arcade online P2P, tambien hay otro parecido que se llama 2D Fighters, alguien lo ha hecho funcionar?

Podria haber algun soporte para este sistema..

Para este tipo de aplicaciones (P2P, y copias de juegos) PlayOnLinux no ofrece ni ofrecerá ningún soporte. Eso sí, lo puedes intentar en tu casa si quieres.
