There's a reload symbol and the text string Patchesediant in a VERY tiny font.

 

If you click on the rightmost part of the string you get a list of the developer software.

 

Installing anything fails, with references to Mono and Gecko,

 

Tiny windows with unreadably tiny fonts appear here and there seemingly reporting that something, unclear what, doesn't work.
