I've installed the program and tried to get it to work on my Kubuntu but it immediately crashes and gives me an error message which is "Failed to sync with dbus proxy"

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program and had no luck. I even tried "sudo apt install python3-pyasyncore" but all I got was a malformed message.
