Change Email Address

Retiring old email address for security reasons but this site doesn't seem to have the option.

I recently did a legal name change and updated my email address to reflect that. I will no longer have access to this email once I deactivate the account for security reasons. I am in the process of switching all of my accounts but I do not see the option to update it in the profile. Do I have to contact the administrators directly or is this option located in a different setting?
