Ubuntu 23.10
PlayOnLinux 4.3.4
Wine 8.0.1
Acrobat Reader DC (Core) 21.1792

I have installed Reader by downloading the *.exe file and installing with PlayOnLinux, and also by using the internal app finder in PlayOnLinux. The following behaviour occurs no matter how Reader is installed. There appears to be a fault with file handling and accessing the native Ubuntu file system. The Save As and Export PDF dialogues are completely blank:

The printing routines can't find the Epson Workforce WF-8430 printer/scanner accessed over the LAN from Ubuntu:

What is causing my problems? I did wonder if this is some trick by Adobe to encourage customers to sign up for a paid version of Reader.

Hello theHedster,
