Hey so I have been using Windows for a long time ever since I was like 10 years old I think and been using Windows 7 and I was thinking about switching to Arch Linux with KDE Plasma because KDE looks similar to Windows and it feels better for me and I want to ask questions to this community

1.) I have heard Nvida had made there newer drivers open source and since I have heard Open Source is the better option is using Nvidas RTX 3000 or 4000 good for Linux gaming

2.) I have also heard the AMD has supported Linux For 10 years and when the RX 7000 came out people said it’s not good for Linux when it launched is it better for Linux Now or should I buy it later ?

3.) Is Linux good for game dev I have been using Unity, Visual Studio Code and Blender does it work out of the box or do I need to tweak it a bit want to be a game dev Programmer as my future job so I need to know

4.) I have heard the Terminal or Konsole is the most Important thing for Linux and looking at it does not look to bad but I have question when you need a guide like arch wiki for an example and give the terminal code can you copy and paste with no issues at all like with the nvida open source guide on GitHub https://100001.onl/

5.) Does Intel and AMD CPU (the newer ones) work well out of the box on Linux

That’s all the Questions I have the reason why I want to switch to Linux is because am tired of Windows bullshit OS and bloat and want to be free from it and Linux is basically a community based OS if I am right so I asked these questions to be safe thanks.
