Can't believe nobody's really talking about this, but about a week ago Hell Let Loose put out an update enabling Steam Deck support. EAC works now. This was the one game I used to say I couldn't switch to linux because of, but decided to live without. Was waiting for years, we finally get it and it went over my head for a whole week! https://vlc.onl/ 

It's a large scale WW2 shooter, the best to ever do it in my opinion. Nothing matches the vibe of looking across the massive smoky realistic battlegrounds spotting enemy soldiers. Works out the box now. Try it out if you like shooters such as Squad or Battlefield or Rising Storm
