File menu in working app is grayed out in a bottled app

Hello!

New user here, excited to try and get the one Win Application i still have to use going:
Victrons VEConfigure 3 (v9004232)

I have it up and running with no errors, but the only issue so far is that the file menu to
load and save files is grayed out.
Is there a way to map a file directory to load and save files ? I have not found such a setting so far.

- This in Play on Mac 4.4.3
- MacBook Pro mid-2012 retina
- Wine 7 latest stable via Homebrew
- Mac OS Monterey 12.6
