Hi all,

I'm new on this community.
Let me say that PlayOnMac is a simply fantastic and easy method to play on Mac easily. I love it, and it's free!

However, I have an issue with Fallout 1 Steam Version (High Resolution)

I'm not able to play it.

If I launch it normally, when I hit ''Play'' it launch for a short moment on full screen.
Then, it resize to a smaller screen with the ''Please Standby'' view and doesn't go on.

If I launch it on classic version it says ''Error Initializing Video Mode 640x480''

I tried nearly everything.
I modified the fs_ini in almost every way, by searching some topics on the internet.

But it simply doesn't work.

My system is

MacOS Monterey 12.4
Macbook Air M1 2020, 16gb RAM

Maybe PlayOnMac doesn't work on M1 Mac?

Someone can give me some other advice?

Bonus question: I wanted to try uninstall and reinstall, because in the process of trying to get it work I deleted the ddraw.dll file and installed it from sfall, but it's for fallout 2. However, I can't uninstall it because it direct me towards the main browser menu of system, which is totally black for me. I bypassed this by toggling the small view for games, but it doesn't work for the rest of Steam. Can someone pass to me the ddraw.dll and ddraw.ini original files?

Thanks a lot!

Hope you can help me!

Im having the exact same problem except I'm on an M1 Mac Mini, Monterey 12.5

Are there any Wineconfigs or Winetricks that could get it running?
