Thank you PlayOnLinux developers and moderators for all you do!
Because of you PlayOnLinux is still my "go to" application for Windows games!
I'm hoping you can provide Wine 7.0 stable in the Wine Manager for us. I'm so excited to see how it runs my game tests and current games.
No hurry, just letting you know us Linux gamers are looking for it!
Thanks

No, the main man of this project seems busy by real life. I wrote him 3 days ago about this issue.

I saw that builds process as well.
I hope they can provide the 64-bit soon. I'm in no hurry, but its just nice to have.
Thank you PlayOnLinux Developers for all you do! I couldn't do any GOG, Retail or free-to-play gaming without you!

Maybe we are be able to help you, so you don't have to do alone the work?
I'm not sure how difficult it is, but I've often built software on Linux myself, installed the dependencies, rebuilt .deb packages, ...

The Wine building process for linux amd64 stopped a long time ago. Is there a chance that new packages are available next time?
Or is it possible to integrate WineHQ builds?

For the records: the logs are here:
https://www.playonlinux.com/wine/logs/upstream-linux-amd64/PlayOnLinux-wine-7.0-upstream-linux-amd64.log
If someones want to have a try to fix it, it is fairly easy to reproduces:
* Install docker
* Follow the instructions here: https://github.com/PhoenicisOrg/phoenicis-winebuild
Otherwise, I will try to find some time to fix this this week

I've been using Proton in PlayOnLinux instead. Proton 7 and Proton Experimental have provide plenty of functionality so I can run any game.
I recently been playing Diablo II Resurrected with my wife in PlayOnLinux and it runs great in Proton.
How to:
- Navigate to the steamapps common folder and open the Proton folder of your choice
/home/username/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/common/Proton 7.0
- Open the "dist" folder and copy everything in it
- Navigate to the PlayOnLinux Wine folder
/home/username/.PlayOnLinux/wine/linux-amd64
- Create a new folder just like the Proton folder you copied from
example: proton7 or proton6
- Paste all the data into this folder
- Open or Restart PlayOnLinux and now you can select Proton for your prefix.
