Over and over then it says

wine: Unhandled page fault on read access to 0x00000018 at address 0x1007:0x7bca2bc5 (thread 0009), starting debugger...

0009:err:seh:start_debugger Couldn't start debugger ("winedbg --auto 8 1132") (2)

Read the Wine Developers Guide on how to set up winedbg or another debugger"

While your at it I can't open MassEffect2config because it says internal settings are corrupted.
