Hi When I try to access playonmac.com from my broadband I get a 403 error

If I use my phone as a hotspot even though the phone is getting its signal through a pico-cell connected to the same broadband it works (although the apparent IP address is different)

So it appears there is a block somehow on my IP address on the playonmac.com server.  I have Fibre to the premises with a fixed IP address.  Never experienced this with any other website - how would I go about resolving this, please?
