Hey there,

I am trying to install 'Kingdoms of Amalur Reckoning' but am getting an infinite loading screen on the DirectX runtime installer

(Please wait while DirectX runtime is installed...)

I dont know if these two errors are connected, but when I try to install 'Arcania', I am getting an error too, stating:

https://web.archive.org/web/20190913165356/http://download.microsoft.com/(  (the rest is not visible)

An error happened during download.

 

I have googled and tried to manually install DirectX but without any success.

Can anybody please get me playing KOAR :D

Try downloading and installing the experimental build using the link mentioned in this topic - https://www.playonmac.com/en/topic-16558-6.html.

 

I just tried installing a s/w using this build on Big Sur and it worked.
