Not enough memory?

I recently upgraded my PC from 16GB to 32GB. Before I did not have any ptoblems playing Anno 1404, now I get a message  telling me that I do NOT have enough memory!

I am using Wine 86  v4.19 with DX10. Is there a way to check the memory size from windows command line in wine?
