Office 2010 - Open file directly

ello everyone!

I'm a new Linux user and I've installed Office 2010 on Linux Mint 20 with PlayOnLinux
The 4 Office icons appeared on the desktop from which I can launch Word/Excel/Powerpoint/OneNote.
I can open existing files by Drag and drop or from the "File" tab in any of the Ofice program.

If I try to launch a file directly with a double click though, I first get a quick Wine information window saying something like:

Wine configuration in /home/jojo/.PlayOnLinux//wineprefix/Office2010 is updating, wait a moment...

Then Office opens up and tells me that some hardware modifications have been detected and that I have to activate the product (which I've already done!).

Now, if I reopen any office program from the desktop icons, I get that same Wine window and after that the software opens correctly.

Looks like as if it switched between 2 different virtual hardware configurations, one of which has the licence and the other doesn't.

I've also noticed that in the satrt menu under the category "Office" (where libre office is) the Microsoft programs are followed by "(Playonlinux)"  (e.g. "MicrosoftExcel 2010 (Playonlinux)"), whereas under the category "Wine" they are followed by "(Env)" (e.g. "MicrosoftExcel 2010 (Env)")

Same story here: launching the (Playonlinux) version works perfectly, while the (Env) version asks me again for the activation.

Also, under the category "Wine" there are more Microsoft programs than in the "Office" category (e.g. Microsoft Clip Organizer or Office Anytime Upgrade)

Anyone has an idea of what the problem can be and how to launch Office also directly from the files I want to edit?

If it created a virtual hardware configuration to which the license is attached, in case I have to reinstall Office from scratch, a new configuration configuration will be created and will I'll lose the license? How to avoid that?

Thanks a lot for your help!
