PlayOnMac doesn't start

AIDANsystem	When I try to open PlayOnMac, the icon of the app pops up for a milisecond in the bar of the bottom of the screen and then dissapears. I'm on a MacBook Pro (13-inch, Early 2011) and my OS X version is El Capitan 10.11.6. Can someone help?
