It appears that Play on Mac is attempting to load resources from here:
https://web.archive.org/web/20140615000000/http://download.microsoft.com
This URL is now broken, it appears that it worked in the recent past.
I there another method of installing these resources?

I am attempting to install Pharoah and Cleopatra using PlayOnMac 4.4.1 on the following:
MacOS Catalina 10.15.5
MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019)
2.3 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9
16 GB 2667 MHz DDR4
AMD Radeon Pro 5500M 4 GB
Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB
If I skip this step I get the following and if I still persist the install ultimately fails (which would be expected):
