In the Display tab of PlayOnLinux's configuration window you can set these options below:

(4) - Offscreen rendering mode

Available options:

• default
• fbo
• backbuffer
• pbuffer

(5) - Render target mode lock

Available options:

• default
• disabled
• readdraw
• readtex

(6) - Multisampling

Available options:

• default
• enabled
• disabled

Which of the above mentioned options are the best for using it with DirectX9-based games to get the best performance?

I think there is no best display settings, it depend on the games.
I wish/need to learn more about this.
