how to get a reminder of one\'s password?

Hi all,
I had to made this new account because I forgot what was the password for my other account here. So, is there a way to get the forgotten password? I think that the forum could either send the password to the given e-mail when the user account is created or offer some policy for retrieving the old password. Thank you!
