Having trouble installing The Sims 3 + expansion packs

I have nearly all of them on disc

I install up to University life and on that one the installer crashers before it installs And I have to force quit Wine. I do not want to install the Origin version that's why I bought them on disc.

Also is there a Play on Mac Wiki somewhere? search engines do not seem to be able to find information on it even if i use Booleans.
