What is Phoenicis? It seems to be made by POL founder and as improved POL ?

It is the next version of PlayOnLinux we are developing.

It relies on a completely new approach of writing scripts that should prevent them from becoming outdated and unusable.

At the moment, it is on alpha stage and it still requires some fix and optimization.

Does it have working GUI and system to handle installers?

We will make everything we need to do so that people can have support very soon :) (set-up a forum, and a more intuitive website to access the scripts).
