Can I save my POL prefixes?

Ok I probably know the answer but here it goes; If I decided to reinstall my OS (going from Ubuntu18.10 back to 18.04) would I be able to backup my POL prefixes on a thumb drive and just reinstall POL and drop them back in place or will this not work? I'm guessing all the configurations would get messed up due to the different kernal versions or hardware drivers, correct? Should I test this? I need a motivator to reinstall everything cheeky

You can BACKUP/Replace your .PlayOnLinux directory without problem (normally)
