Stuck in creating virtual drive

So i try to download Microsoft Office 2007 (i have orginal CD-disc as well) and it's stuck "Please wait while the virtual drive is being created...". I waiting 1 hours and still the same message. I try to download other program and it's still same. How i fix it? I am using Ubuntu 18.04 LTS

Can you post the debug output ?
