Some time ago I found an offline installer for the MS Games from Windows 7 (back then I was using Windows 8 and it didn't have those games integrated). Now I ran the installer through POL and the game in question (Chess Titans) installed but when I try to run it, I always get the same error. Using debugging, I got the report. I can't find a [code] tag in this forum, so I uploaded the report on zippyshare: https://www19.zippyshare.com/v/WsV8qXW3/file.html

I also uploaded the installer for those MS Games, if the POL team decided to try and figure out a way to make them work. Cuz from all of the things in Windows 7, Chess Titans is the one I miss the most. Here's the link for the MS installer: https://www62.zippyshare.com/v/w0ia9cVD/file.html

Both links are valid in the next 30 days.

I downloaded the MS Games file you shared.  I'll try to do it tonight since I didn't have time last night.

Ironically Chess was the one that I couldn't get to run.  I was able to run:

  • Solitair
  • Spider Solitair
  • PurplePlace
  • Majongg

and a few others.
