Hello everyone. :)
I'm new to both Linux and Playonlinux so am probably making some simple mistakes with these two games.
With Cuphead the game installs and plays fine but does not recognise my joypad (Logitech Cordless Rumblepad 2). With Doom - The New Order the game installs without a problem but when I go to run it I receive the error 'wglCreateContextAttribsARB failed'.
My spec is:
Linux Mint 18.2 Cinnamon 64-bit
Intel i7 2600k
16Gb RAM
Samsung SSD 850 512Gb
ASUS Xonar DX
Saphire Radeon Pulse RX560
Kind regards,
NappleTale

Hi, Welcome to PlayOnLinux.
Is the Logitech Rumblepad supported by Cuphead? I have some old Logitech controller and they are no longer supported by newer games. So depending on the age, you may have to buy a newer controller.
As for Doom, try launching it with "debug" instead of "Run"
Then you can see all the errors and bugs. There might be more significant errors preventing it from starting.

Hi Booman, sorry for the delayed reply.
The controller works in Spectaculator (ZX Spectrum emulator) without any problems so would of thought that it should work in Cuphead and A Hat in Time fine but that is not the case.
As for wolfenstein, will do this and report back.

yeah, I've had the same problem. Some games still support the old Logitech controllers and some do not. Looks like the gaming industry has been trying to phase them out for a few years now.
My USB controller has to be at least 8 years old.
I finally got an XBox controller, but it isn't working yet. So frustrating

At least I'm not alone in this problem, that's something. The Xbox controller is supposed to be supported but sorry to hear you're having problems with it.
As for Wolfenstein, no joy there either. Oh well.

The strange thing with my controller is that it works when I launch Dead Island. It is also recognized by the controllers in Wine Control Panel, but not in any games. I've even installed an application called: xboxdrv
But it always errors "not xbox controller"
