Also dotnet 4.6.1. These are needed to run Quicken deluxe 2017 installer.

you can Run into a shell to install it, just run the commands bellow.

Click Configure
Select virtual drive (left side)
Click Miscellaneous tab
Click "Open a shell"
wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Winetricks/winetricks/master/src/winetricks
chmod +x winetricks
WINEPREFIX=/home/username/.PlayOnLinux/wineprefix/virtualdrive ./winetricks -q vcrun2015
Remember to replace "username" with your login and "virtualdrive" with the name of your virtual drive.

You could also try to write a script for POL5, which has vcrun 2015 and dotnet452
